Discovering how to get your brain working FOR YOU is the first step to effective, long-term behaviour change and what you learn will likely debunk a lot of what you’ve been told before.
DESIRE
While it’s super easy to identify aspects of your life that don’t feel great, it can be:

—> Tricky to pinpoint exactly what needs to change in order to improve things (especially if you’ve tried to change so many times before)

—> Hard to identify what it is that you DO want because somewhere along the path of life you lost touch with your deepest desires and potential.

In this step you move from a mindset of “I can’t” to “oh yes… I actually can” and suddenly… more feels possible again.

What makes The Change Method different?
For over a decade I've delivered online training courses to women seeking to upgrade their lives and create healthy habits.

Something became very obvious when I was teaching mums how to feed their families more wholefoods a decade ago.

These women were committed to making healthy changes and whilst some would get amazing results from my resources and trainings,  others just couldn't make anything stick.

I became obsessed with uncovering what was getting in their way - because it wasn't obvious to them, or to me, at the time.

Here's the truth - we live in a hectic, complicated time and the demands on women are extreme. Most are some level of tired and many are burning themselves out completely with the demands of daily life.


There are some very real systemic barriers to women living their 'best life' (at all times). It's essential to acknowledge the genuine limitations of time, capacity and energy that most women experience.

As a solo-parent to three young kids after the death of my husband in 2019, I know what limited capacity feels like! But I refuse to default to a life of continuous overwhelm and putting myself and my needs last.

What's required is changing our internal narrative.

My journey to uncover what was *really* going on for the women in my programs who couldn't make positive change stick lead me to our brains and most interestingly the power of the 'stories' we tell ourselves.

Here's an unsettling thing to know ...

No matter how much you want to make a positive change in your life - your brain is wired to keep you doing the same thing over and over again.
